Leveling Up a Construction Skills Nonprofit
Community Carpenters came to 20|20 Creative Group to put a face to their nonprofit, working to cultivate the next generation of skilled workers in construction and carpentry. The goal was to create a brand that caught the eye of a younger audience, celebrated the trades, and educated on a real alternative to the increasingly inaccessible traditional college path.
I designed the logo and brand—going for a bold, high-vis look—and refreshed the website and print materials. Within a few years, Community Carpenters was able to gather support to complete its brand-new training facility, and was acquired by a larger organization, allowing it to carry on its mission of recruiting a younger generation.
